When you have purchased an item from us on Themeforest or CodeCanyon on Envato Market and you are experiencing a technical error with the item we recommend you to contact us our support address and seek assistance. For items purchased by mistake, or for items whose files are downloaded by the user, Iqonic Design will not accept the refund request. The refund is warranted only in the exceptional cases.
